EPM Assetis takes over center management of Aachen Arkaden


Frankfurt, July 23, 2009 – EPM Assetis, a company of Bilfinger Berger Facility Services GmbH, assumed responsibility for the center management of Aachen Arkaden on July 15, 2009.

Total area of around 26,000 m², with a usable retail area of approx. 21,000 m² and 850 visitor parking spaces.

The client is Aachen Arkaden Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG.
