DEGI extends cooperation with EPM Assetis

Investment company increases focus on core business

DEGI, part of Aberdeen Property Investors, today announced the agreement of a long-term contract on the commercial and technical management of its German property investments and consequently an extension of existing cooperation with EPM Assetis, the leading real-estate management company in the German market.

A services contract has been in existence since 2007, under which EPM Assetis, a company of Bilfinger Berger Facility Services, as a specialist in property management, has managed individual German properties of DEGI in relation to commercial, technical and infrastructural requirements. This contract now extends to all domestic investment properties and was extended in terms of the range of services. The agreement provides that the DEGI employees working in this area up to this point will strengthen the EPM Assetis team and thus further increase the performance and efficiency of the future partnership.

“We have been working very successfully on individual properties with EPM Assetis for some years now. As a result of this positive experience, we have entered a long-term, strategic partnership and will now also assign responsibility for property management of the rest of the German investment properties", Schomberg explained further
