HSG Zander - the most valuable facility management brand in Austria
 Awarded in Germany since 2009, Premise Group's real estate brand awards “Immobilienmarken-Awards” were presented for the first time in Austria on June 16. At a presentation ceremony in Vienna, HSG Zander Austria, an associate company of Bilfinger Berger Facility Services, was awarded the title of most valuable brand 2010 in the category facility management.
The decisive factor for HSG Zander’s highest brand value was the overall evaluation in the categories of knowledge, quality, identity and positioning. HSG Zander intends to further improve its brand awareness, which despite being in fourth place at 70% did not jeopardize the win.
The real estate brand awards are based on a representative online survey carried out by Premise Group and MPG, a market research firm. In addition to the category of facility management, brand value is also determined, for example, for architects, real estate brokers, real estate developers or economic regions.
