Bilfinger Berger among top 5 employers

In this year’s ranking of top employers by the "Immobilienzeitung" (Real-Estate News), Bilfinger Berger together with Bilfinger Berger Facility Services and its subsidiaries HSG Zander and EPM were ranked fourth. More than 600 graduates of real-estate related programs at various universities nominated a total of about 200 companies as employer they would most like to work for. In a year-on-year comparison, Bilfinger Berger moved up five places in the ranking.

The graduates based their choice of Bilfinger Berger primarily on the company’s diverse career prospects and its internationality. "For people starting a career, we offer the opportunity to take on responsible and varied tasks both in Germany and abroad and we support them with a comprehensive personnel development program", said Liselotte Gruse, Head of Personnel at Bilfinger Berger Facility Services to the Real-Estate News.

In addition to companies in the construction industry, the junior employees also selected brokers and consulting firms, as well as banks, in their list of the top 15 employers. Among facility management specialists, Bilfinger Berger Facility Services was the clear favourite.

The Real-Estate News has been doing the top employer-ranking as part of its annual survey on the job-market situation and on the requirement and qualification profiles in the real-estate sector for the third time this year.
