Compliance
We operate according to ethical principles and in compliance with legal provisions. In order to clearly define these principles, we set them out in a Code of Conduct. The principles of conduct consist of the fundamental regulations that are the guiding principles of how we deal and work with customers, business partners and employees. They are applicable in the Bilfinger Berger Facility Services corporate group as well as Group-wide. The behavioral guidelines put the principles of conduct into concrete terms and are a source of help on individual questions. In order to achieve this, they are adapted to specific national and legal conditions.
Complying with these principles and legal provisions is necessary to ensure our long-term business success and the protection of our employees. Violations are not tolerated.
